• Student grade level and learning interests
• Chat messages and tutoring session content
• Learning progress, mastery scores and session notes
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details)

• Use the Tia tutoring chat and related features

5. Interactive Learning Features

Tia delivers personalised tutoring. When a student interacts with Tia, the content of those messages is processed to generate personalised responses. These interactions are also used to build and update the student's learning profile over time, including their interests, learning style and subject mastery.

We recommend that students avoid sharing sensitive personal details beyond what is needed for their tutoring session.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Deliver and personalise the Tia tutoring service
• Build and maintain each student's learning profile
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Communicate with parents about their account and students' progress
